User Management & Login Credentials

Full system master access. Can create & delete users, configure dropdown categories, manage all assets & staff, and perform database resets.
Daily operations access. Can register new machines, add employees, assign hardware, send to repair, and create user login credentials for team members.
View-only access for general staff. Can search inventory, view dashboard stats, inspect employee profiles, open digital QR ID cards, and download CSVs. Cannot edit or delete.
